8名学生毕业后到美国布鲁克海文国家实验室、西北太平洋国家实验室、德克萨斯农工大学、凯斯西储大学、加州大学尔湾分校等国外科研机构和大学从事研究工作,其中5人回国后入选国家高层次引进人才计划。其他毕业生进入山东大学、东北大学、中国科学院等机构从事教学科研工作或者央企、华为、比亚迪等企业从事研发工作。
