主要研究方向为“先进钢铁结构材料设计、制备、表征与使役行为”,即基于先进钢铁结构材料的强韧化、耐热、耐腐蚀、抗辐照、抗疲劳及耐微生物腐蚀功能化等方面的成分组织和性能设计的金属学基础和热机械加工工艺学基础与应用研究。具体涉及2类先进钢铁结构材料:
1、基于碳中和二氧化碳排放达标的现代及未来核能(聚变能、快堆)火电(超超临界、超高临界)用耐高温、耐腐蚀、抗辐照用耐热钢的成分、组织性能设计冶金学及热加工工艺基础与应用研究;
基于石油天然气能源开发应用的输送用系列管线钢的强韧化、超低温韧性、超细晶、抗大变形、耐硫化氢及耐微生物腐蚀功能一体化的冶金学及热加工工艺基础与应用研究。
发表学术论文210余篇,申请专利50余项,获得授权发明专利30余项,中英文专著2部,国家标准3项。
