代表论著

对纳米材料的制备、改性、分散进行了深入研究,发明了纳米氧化物浓缩浆,解决了纳米氧化物粒子的不易分散的难题。研究结果表明稳定分散的纳米粒子可明显改进传统涂层的耐腐蚀性、耐磨性、耐候性和防火阻燃性。所研制的不同系列纳米复合涂料可广泛用于高温、高湿、高盐、强紫外环境下金属材料、设施和装备的防护,已在飞机、电力设施、船舶上批量应用,显著延长了金属材料、设施和装备的使用寿命,保障了设施和装备的安全可靠运行。承担了国家“973”计划项目子课题、国家自然科学基金重大项目子课题、国家科技支撑计划和国家电网、南方电网、华电集团等企业三十多项课题,完成国家电网、南方电网、华电集团的变电站、电力杆塔、特高压设施维护维修工程二十余项。已发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录40篇,获得41项国家发明专利。荣获2006年国家技术发明奖二等奖(排名2)、2019年国家科学技术进步二等奖(排名6)。
