研究方向

聚焦异质材料连接领域,致力于研究解决一批国家急需的关键材料和关键产品的共性焊接技术问题。研究内容主要分为三大部分:
1)高性能电子封装材料 研究面向第三代半导体大功率模块应用的高性能陶瓷覆铜板材料及相关工艺,研究领域包含电子封装界面材料、封装散热一体化结构制造技术等;
2)航空航天领域重大装备 围绕液体火箭发动机推力室部件等主动冷却结构制造瓶颈,开发低成本、高可靠焊接技术;
3)服务、支撑国家重大科学实验装置 为受控核聚变等国家重大科学实验装置提供焊接技术支撑,助力实验装置建设、运营。
