研究方向

低维铁电、铁磁、半导体薄膜及其异质结构的外延生长和制备,研究低维铁电材料界面丰富的磁、光、电耦合效应,探索它们在现代信息存储、驱动传感等领域的应用。

代表论著

1).系统研究了有机铁电聚合物P(VDF-TrFE)薄膜的铁电畴翻转动力学行为,发现其遵循传统的形核-铁电畴长大机制; 2). 利用空间电荷-铁电极化静电相互作用实现了有机铁电电容器的三态存储。3). 利用稀土掺杂BiFeO3大幅降低漏电流,在铁电隧道结中实现了105的高开关比;在隧道结中首次观察到铁电光伏效应,实现了铁电极化的光读取;4). 提出利用界面势垒获取持续光电导的新机制,并在铁电/半导体异质结中实现了~106的巨大持续光电导;5). 实验证实-In2Se3是关联型二维范德华铁电材料,并观察到铁电极化相关的可变向二极管效应。近年来,以通讯作者或第一作者在Nature Communications、Advanced Functional Materials,、Nano letter等学术期刊发表论文多篇,在npj 2D materials and application发表二维铁电综述。共发表论文40余篇,他引2000余次,H因子20。代表性论文如下:
